The owner of SHABUWAY, Eiichi Mochizuki has been busy for checking meat quality to serve you high quality meat in perfect condition.
Now he is even busier since the first SHABUWAY in Phillipines opened this month. (Makati, Phillipines).
He just came back from the trip to Phillipines. The public opening was on June 23rd.
It was a successful opening thanks to all the customers and all the people who supported SHABUWAY.

Our June’s Special is Lamb
Our May’s Special, All-You-Can-Eat was successful thanks to all of you. Thank you again for coming to enjoy our All-You-Can-Eat! Now, Shabuway is serving lamb for June’s special. Not a lamb fan? It is worth trying. A lamb fan? You will love it!
Lamb we serve for June’s special is coming from Niman Ranch. Team of Shabuway just made a trip to see how the lambs are raised. Niman Ranch is a special ranch due to the age of lamb when harvested, superior genetics, and its consistency. They said, “There are no secrets in Niman Ranch; it is transparent” Shabuway respects what Niman Ranch does and we are proud of serving their lambs to you.

Starting from breastfeeding, their lambs are fed with natural grass, barley, rye and alfalfa proteins. In the right picture, the owner of Shabuway, Eiichi Mochizuki is trying alfalfa proteins. Eiichi is making sure what the lambs are eating is safe both the lambs and you. Niman Ranch does not give any antibiotics or hormones to the lambs. Shabuway is serving you their safe and trusted lambs.
