SHABU SHABU is a traditional Japanese Cuisine.
It is beef fondue.  "SHABU SHABU" means
"swish-swish", referring to the swishing action when
you cook a very thin slice of beef in the hot water.

Shabu Shabu is very healthy because extra fat is
removed to the hot soup. Because the meat is thinly
sliced, it only has to be cooked for a few seconds,
saying "Shabu Shabu", it's like having a slice of meat
swim in the boiling water.
HOW TO EAT SHABU SHABU

Simply take one of the ingredients, such as beef or
vegetable, swish it around in the hot water for a few
seconds for beef, to a few minutes for vegetables.

You can cook your own delicious meal to your own
pleasure, along with mouth-watering ponzu sauce and
tasty sesame seed sauce to dip it in.
